2. Services Provided
KPT Electrical provides domestic electrical services including installations, repairs, maintenance, inspections, and upgrades. All work is carried out in accordance with current UK electrical regulations and safety standards.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotes are provided based on the information available at the time.
Quotes may be subject to change if additional work is required or unforeseen issues arise.
Any changes will be discussed and agreed upon before work continues.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed prior to commencement of work.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

5. Cancellations

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
KPT Electrical reserves the right to charge for late cancellations or missed appointments.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area.
Inform us of any known issues or hazards before work begins.

7. Liability

KPT Electrical will not be liable for pre-existing faults or issues not identified prior to work.
We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty or previously installed equipment.
Liability is limited to the value of the work carried out.

8. Warranty

Workmanship is guaranteed for a specified period (to be agreed per job).
Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied materials and equipment.

9. Health & Safety
All work is carried out in compliance with UK health and safety regulations to ensure the safety of both the customer and electrician.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
